How this essential oil might work for you during your cycle.
If you follow our podcasts, you would have heard us say that menstrual cycles are predictable (for the most part) both physically and emotionally. If you learn to track this cycle you are more prepared to manage the weekly changes that occur and not be so surprised when your emotions take a sharp dive.
During week one of your cycle you a more likely to feel a bit agitated due to the physical symptoms of your period. Apply the Ylang Ylang Moon blend directly onto your abdomen, it will create a calm, warming sensation that might soothe you.
During week two of your cycle use the blend like a perfume and apply behind your ears, wrists and in your cleavage. Not only will you save yourself from using toxic fragrant perfumes, but your allure will be heightened thanks to the aphrodisiac quality of Ylang Ylang.
During week three of your cycle use the pure essence of Ylang Ylang and Epsom salts to create a soothing bath. If you don’t have a bath, fill a bucket with warm water and bath your feet with Epsom salts and Ylang Ylang.
During week four of your cycle I suggest you do all three activities. This month can be very difficult, so you want to apply the essential oils frequently.
A few ideas.
